| On July 7,1954, I was relieved of duty from 1st.Communications Construction Squadron. I was to report to 2500 Air Base Group at Mitchell AFB,N.Y. I flew back to Westover AFB, Mass. in a R5D Skymaster transport and started a 30 day furlough and took the train home. I then reported to Mitchell AFB, N.Y. and was discharged on the 21st. day of Aug., 1954.
