GREAT  LAKES  CENTRAL  AT  CLARE
                                                 August 17, 2009
On this Monday afternoon I found two
crews of G.L.C. switching the yard at
Clare. In this north view with US-10 in the
foreground we have 394 & 393 on the
left with 389 & 390 on the right. They
sure kept US-10 tied up off and on for a
while.
In this view 389 & 390 are on the
connecting track headed east of town to
pick up a empty lumber car.
No.394 & 393 switching some covered
hoppers. Connecting track in the
foreground.
East view of 393 & 394 west bound with
some covered hoppers. Note the stop
board still in use by the G.L.C.
Three track yard just west of the diamond.
The Clare depot standing fore-lorn.

NORTHERN  ARROW
Sept. 6, 2010
It is a cold, windy day at Cadillac as
the Northern Arrow makes a stop on
its way to Petoskey. Great lakes
Central 392 is on the point with the
Algonquin Park bringing up the rear.
